Username:  Tenant's First Initial + Last Name
Password:  Tenant's Unit Number

Note #1: If you have multiple units, your password is the first unit you rented.

Note #2: Unit numbers are 4 digits long in our system. The password for a tenant in unit 123 is 0123.

Example:

John Smith's Unit Number is 123

John's Username: jsmith
John's Password: 0123

John Smith's Unit Number is RC23

John's Username: jsmith
John's Password: RC23
